Drawing attention with its unique city view and panoramic glass elevator on the terrace of Cartoon Hotel, Aisha Restaurant brings the original flavors of Arabic food to your table while preserving them. The prominent flavors in its extensive menu include "Shaklish" prepared with Lebanese herbs, Laban Bel Toum, Moutabal, Falafel, roasted lamb and pistachio hummus.
Among the main dishes, lamb shoulder slices served with roasted eggplant, beef cutlet served with mint mashed potatoes, sea bass wrapped in vine leaves and cooked on charcoal, and jumbo shrimp wrapped in yufka are among the eye-catching ones. Even if you don't intend to eat dessert, there are tempting things on the menu with their names.
